The marina, a window on the sea, is also a privileged gateway to promote and promote, even internationally, the identity of a region, its coastline, its hinterland, but also of its quality of reception in general. A place that is no longer just a boat parking lot but where the yachtsman should, upon arrival at the port, find a friendly and benevolent welcome.
Finding your place, maneuvering and mooring your boat are not easy exercises and often a source of stress. Better welcome on the pontoon, help mooring and meet the needs of each visitor help strengthen human relations between port agents and boaters.
It is in this context of upscaling services in ports that we invented the pleasure drone. Thanks to technology, yachting can diversify and free agents from time-consuming and low-value tasks to strengthen their customer relationship.

With its loudspeaker and its clearly visible flag, the drone guides the visitor boater to his place, who receives an exceptional welcome at the pontoon by the port officer with mooring assistance.
Its smart starboard camera identifies available berths and photographs moored boats. Berth management is easy and the agent remains available at the port office.
The control of the water level is carried out discreetly and the operator can call back by loudspeaker the prohibited swimming or fishing areas not respected.
Thanks to an echo sounder, he measures the water heights at each of his trips for the safety of the boats
Associated with a floating docking station, the drone is always available on the water and can be quickly deployed.
Between each of his missions, he got out of the water, rinsed and recharged automatically.

Our concept, easy to install, opens the employment of port agent to people with reduced mobility or not holding a coastal license. A new working method that is rewarding and attractive for young followers of new technologies.
A complementary tool that will be able to satisfy the oldest boaters by improving the availability of port agents and new boaters more keen on innovation.
An ecological example for the port by reducing its carbon footprint and its consumption of hydrocarbons by limiting the use of the service boat.

Passionate about the sea, it was during my family yachting activities that I discovered the difficulties that all yachtsmen encounter when they arrive in ports, whether they are novice or experienced. In high season, the port staff, often overwhelmed, can then only devote a handful of seconds to truly welcome and inform boaters. Sometimes, due to a lack of staff, there is no one in sight. Reception, guidance, information are not always there. Yet these are essential added values in the service expected today in a marina.
Thus was born the idea of the pleasure drone.
We created the MONTHABOR company in July 2019 to develop and market our concept of assistant to the harbor master's office. We work with strong partners in nautical engineering and on-board electronics.
Our goal is to offer an innovative service to marinas in order to improve their environmental and social impact.
